Travelogue:	I travel around Ireland with the intention of getting lost in its magnificent countryside. I often find the journey to be more memorable than the destination. Let me paint you a picture. Forty minutes outside Dublin, I make a right then a left and the traffic disappears. I gaze out the window and am blown away by how pristine and green Ireland?s untouched landscape is. It can?t get any more ?magical,? or can it? As I approach the next road I look down at my hand drawn map and turn left. Stone fences outline pastures. Sheep and horses line the hillsides. The grass alongside the road brushes up against the car. The hills and road appear to meander forever. Then I round a corner and a picturesque abbey and tiny, pastel colored, town come into sight. If I blink I may miss the charm and if I stop I might not want to leave, so I carry on. In hindsight, I realize that the journey itself, a blank canvas at the time, has been painted with my favorite memories. So lose yourself in Ireland, you won?t regret it!
